It’s a great feeling to buy something special from Jodi K’s. Part of the reason we buy our women’s clothing in small quantities is to ensure our Cedar Rapids customers have a unique look that can’t be found in closets all around east central Iowa. To keep our shopping experience top-notch and offer the kind of quality our customers deserve, we maintain the following policies.
Returns
Change your mind about an item, or decide later the color’s not quite what you had in mind? Kindly return the item to our store within 14 days of purchase with the original sales tag still attached. We’ll gladly refund your purchase price when you show us your receipt.
After 14 days, store credit will be issued when an item is returned (still tagged) along with a receipt. All sales are final after 30 days, regardless of a tag or receipt. We’re unable to accept any returns on jewelry or accessories. Discounted items bought on sale or clearance are not returnable.
Special Orders
No one wants to fall in love with the perfect dress only to discover 2 other ladies at work have the same good taste. To help keep each of our customers feeling special, we intentionally keep inventory per style fairly low. On occasion we can coordinate a special order, however it’s greatly dependent upon the manufacturer policy, merchandise stock, and our own knowledge of the customer.
Alterations
We’re pleased to provide alterations and tailoring to items purchased in our store. Our seamstress, Sue, picks up and drops off clothing on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sample pricing for alterations includes approximately $10 per pant hem and $8 per sleeve hem. Other and more extensive alterations are available and may be estimated after a discussion with Sue.
Gift Cards
What better way to say “I think you’re special!” than a gift card from Jodi K’s? Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination. Best of all, they don’t expire! That means the person you’d like to treat can (try to) hold out for that gorgeous platform shoe, or wait to celebrate a personal milestone with a new pair of jeans.
